STRENGTH 01
Polymerization Technology

Our polymerization technology to control the molecular structure formed by anhyride and amine reaction to synthesize polyimide enables development of various polyimide specifications required by our customers.

STRENGTH 02
Casting Technology

Our solvent casting technology can overcome the challenge of casting liquid polymer into film directly without utilizing melt extrusion. With our processing technology and knowhow, we can reduce liquid polymer’s directional dependence to reduce anisotropy for a higher production yield.

Particle Dispersion Technology

Achieving compatibility by adding particles to polymers to process polyimide film without negatively affecting the quality of the polymers can be extremely challenging. We have successfully overcome the challenges encountered in particle mixing with our proprietary technology to commercialize premium grade polyimide film and varnish.

Processing and Analysis Technology

As the global leader in polyimide film with the largest market share, we are committed to developing high quality products meeting our customers’ needs. To this end, we are equipped with numerous top-of-the-line equipment for experiments and analyses of our products’ mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties. Our state-of-the-art equipment and laboratory facilities enable us to identify and resolve potential technical issues early on, and to conduct accurate analyses and reviews for quality assurance.
